June Jetsetters Part 1

I'm going to have to do a double June post because we did sooo much! We drove with Rich to MN and he took the week of for Lauren's graduation. It was great to have everyone together, we were only missing 1 sibling, which is pretty good! So glad we could be a part of Lauren's special day :)
Deanna and I decided to baby sandwich her :)
 The gang! minus tony :(
Love these guys, glad we get to see them again for the wedding!
 a little swimming at D & T hotel pool
 buddies :)
 awesome shoots and ladders park
 and the MOA
The kiddos love Ben, and it may have helped that he works at DQ :)
 Kids at heart :)
Every time I get a pic with these two together I see my future. Divas!... to the full extent of the word... and I love them! So cute :)
Our time in MN was so great it was hard to leave and even harder to say goodbye to Daddy! Off to UT for the big wedding!

Many changes in May!

Meili graduated from her little joy school rotation that I had going with a few other moms, they were pretty excited to get their hats and certificates :) It was a great year for her and looking forward to next year for her peer modeling school where she gets to help out special education kids in a classroom setting. I think it will be a really great thing for her.
 Daddy turned 33 :)
We took the kids camping for 1 night, which was pretty much the first time in a long time! We nearly got hit by a tornado overnight, very severe thunderstorm, and woke up a little wet in the am! The kids couldn't have cared at all and slept right through it! They loved catching fish and just being in the outdoors. We packed up the next morning due to all the mud, but still glad we made it happen!
Mom and Dad came in for a week and we loved having them! We did sooo much stuff!
Sometimes you just need to get your feet wet :)
Took everyone to the zoo, love it there :) These chips were so sad looking, but still so inquisitive at the same time, they stared at each other for a long time. They really do seem so intelligent. Tristan got a quite a kick out of it :)
Took Meili to the butterfly area for the first time, and she loved it of course. She wanted her pic taken with all of them :) It was really cute :)
She also loves flowers... of all kinds...
took the kiddos bowling and even did campfires in the backyard :)
Kai finished first grade and had a mothers day program. We will miss his teacher, she was a real gem. Hoping for another great year next year. He is an awesome kiddo and we are going to enjoy having him around more this summer.
 Mrs. Nonnemaker
Attempted some fishing and of course Rich didn't leave till he had caught at least 1...
Meili learned to ride her bike in about 3 days flat! She made me take her training wheels off and off she went! She was sooo determined and really picked it up so quickly! She was so pleased with herself.

Gpa Holt

I had to put in these love notes that Kai wrote during writing time. He is such a sweet kid with such a kind disposition he's always thinking of others.
Meili loves doing repetitive things and lining things up :)
Kai's school had donuts for earth day and they planted some trees. They love visiting his school :) fun for all!
Gpa Holt came for a well needed visit. We spent time fishing, remodeling the backyard and eating out/hangin out! It was a really nice weekend together. Can't wait to see him again :)

Tick checks on Gpa, yes sadly they are in our backyard :(

Tons of Trucks

There was a big event in town that brought all types of trucks and city vehicles to climb on and in and the kids were in heaven! Meili was loving the ambulance and the boys were soo into the firetrucks! I love the looks on their faces, pure joy! If only it was a bit warmer and we wouldn't have been so numb after we were finished :)
 We are in tiger land!!!
