Mothers day

Mothers day was awesome, I did nothing, got a rub, flowers and Rich made dinner and sweet cream crepes better than IHOP does! Nothing better than being pampered! I am blessed to have my family :)

 For Rich's bday we made cake pops, I think it's our new favorite thing :) Happy 32! old man.... :)

Summer

Can't get this one to rotate, but needed to include it :) 

We have been out enjoying the heat and the awesome water parks they have here. We found a new favorite and the kids can't get enough of it! We are going to miss this :(

Springs preserve

I love it when target sponsers free day at the springs preserve. We hit it every time. The kids are so great for me when I'm alone! Rich was working on another saturday and I spent almost 4 hours there with the kids. We beat the rush and had a story time all to ourselves! There were so many fun things for them to do and see. It was another one of the many things we will miss about las vegas. So fun!

Dylan Gregory

We took a weekend and went to Mesquite to see Matt and Sarah and their new addition, Dylan Gregory. He is super cute and so sweet and tiny! Meili was in heaven. She loves him already! Tristan... well he was a bit jealous I think... It was lovely to see him :)

st george

My sister michelle decided to take a trip down to vegas and hang out for a few days before we met up in St. George with Deanna for a weekend away. We took them to the strip and did the hoover dam tour and of course a little shopping! Then we headed to a hotel in st george. The kids loved swimming in the pool and we did a little shopping together while the boys watched movies. Shel was supposed to run a big race but the weather didn't cooperate so they didn't put in a full day, which worked out well for us! We loved hanging out and going out for icecream late at night! The kids enjoyed some serious cousin time :) We even finished it off with a hike in some slot canyons. Awesome weekend with family :)

One last Utah Horrah...

 We were lucky to get a week and a half off and head to ut for one last hurrah. We spent some time in price, which included fishing and golfing. It was so much fun to hang out and see everyone there. Kai and Mei had so much fun playing with cousins. We also spent some time in provo and saratoga with my sisters. Then Rich  and all the 'boys' went lake powell for the annual trip and did excellent as far as the fishing went. I think the weather cooperated for the most part too. Kai was in absolute heaven there. He could not get enough of it. He is a boy after his fathers heart, truly! He is a diehard. I am still hearing stories from him about uncle daniel's music, how he almost lit his head on fire, and how the cops pulled their boat over and checked it and everyone's licences. Especially about how he didn't think uncle daniel even had a fishing license! He had a great time and came home filthy :) The girls enjoyed thrift store shopping, crafting, and nights out together at the chocolate and iceburg. We had a lot of laughs and loved spending quality time together. Meili missed her brother, but enjoyed playing with grandma and watching movies. It was a wonderful last trip. We hope it won't be too long until we can make it back...

 

Uncle daniel showed us around his work and let us ride in the firetruck. It was pretty cool! Then while we were at the park a news station showed up and did a story on this climbing pyramid, it read: Five-year-old Kailer Holt was at the very top on Monday with his cousins, Savannah Warren, 12, and her brother Zach, who is 10. He said it was only a little scary climbing the rope structure inside the pyramid the first time but figures he could scale it again "in about four seconds."

 Love eating at the restaurant!!!!             T got his first haircut on 4-20, just over 1 yr old :) He didn't like it very much... :(
