Kai's Pregnancy

15 wks Jan 27th19 wks22 wks28 wks35 wks37 wks (my mom came to help us pack)... and yes, unfortunately for me that is edema in my face... :( and I literally worked up until I had him, waddling like a duck into patients rooms... :)Morning of! Nervous excited! ... and still half asleep... :)

I didn't feel too bad with this pregnancy. I had some nausea in the begining. I lost it a couple of times at work, due to smells and a couple of times at home just from not keeping something in my stomach. I was still able to work the entire time, so we were lucky to have the extra cash to play with :) Can't wait to see this baby!

It all started on valentines day when our mutual friend set us up on a blind date. The date was easy, not being awkward at all. We danced, went to dinner, talked, and went hottubbing. It was the easiest date I had been on as of late, he was cute, nice, and smart. We hit it off, he seemed like a really good guy, and he was :) He asked me to spend forever with him in May just 3 mo after our first date while on a walk in Helper. We were married 3 mo later :)

The next four years were full of fun times together. We spent time with family and worked/played hard. Rich finished undergrad school and worked as a med tech and applied for med school. Later he found out we were accepted to Touro in Las Vegas. I finished nursing school and worked on 3N at the Univeristy of Utah, up until I had Kai. We played, going to movies, traveling, and eating out, but we still worked hard going to school and even working night shifts. We grew together and looked forward to when we could start our family. We had so many fun times together and we were blessed to be able to have that solid start to our relationship. I

married my best friend. We love being together as a family, it is true happiness :)
