August, Utah & Schroeder Fam

 We had a great time with my side of the fam. We did a campout in Aunt Deanna's backyard, did many trafalga & 7 peaks days, slept outside on Gma's deck, rode the heber creeper, saw a parade & fireworks, did some slip n slide, had many group soccer games, and went up the canyon to play in the river.

 Kai was a bit more hesitant to do the big slides, but meili totally loved it! We had a blast :)

 We definitely wore them out... too much babysitting!

 The mock train robbery on the heber creeper was a bit too much for T. He had no warning and though it was totally real. Cried the whole time. He's still asking me if 'we can not go back there?' We have a lot of talks about pretend and real! Poor kid. Everyone else loved it :)

miss my brothers. It was really great to see so much of butch and loved that dennis and Bre could come and we could all 6 be together. It is my most favorite of times :)

Kai's bday and Baptism

 Kai wanted little vampire bats for his birthday, so I tried hard to make the dream come true :) We celebrated with both families. He's such a sweet boy and it was so special to see him get baptized. He and his cousin shared their day together and it was such a beautiful baptism and confirmation. They are sweet boys. Right now Kai loves black, ninjas, legos, any sport involving a ball, loves karate and his EEE classes, loves always wearing his ctr ring & a suit to church, and is such a good big brother and a huge help. Couldn't imagine our family without him :)

July, utah Holt family

We had an awesome summer in Ut, here's a few photos of our time with the the Holt side.

 It's been seven years and sometimes it is still very fresh. We had a peaceful time at Rich's moms place. These boys love eachother :)

 We spent a few days on the front together, doing the zoo and the new childrens museum. We hammered the kids. They had a great time :)

 We love the helper pool, it's definitely a favorite! It was so fun watching the kids enjoy eachother. Wish we all lived closer.

 Tristan loved the trains and even got a little surprise after dark :) He was thrilled!

 We spent a day at the lake, caught crawdads, fished, and the kids even did some tubing! So fun :)

 We were so blessed to be able to spend a weekend with Eric and Bettyanne. She has since passed away and we were so grateful to have had that time with her. Heavenly father works in miraculous ways...

 We had an awesome weekend with Nate and Sarah at zions! It's truly our sanctuary away from home and loved spending time with them again. We miss them so much! Nate and Rich are like brothers, and I'd like to think Sarah and I are just as close ;) Truly the hardest thing about leaving vegas! We did some hiking, swimming, and good eating of course! Matt and Sarah even met up with us for a day. It was a fabulous weekend :)

 Rich got to spend a lot of time with his dad. They did a lot of fishing, golfing, and lunch dates together. He loved every minute of it :)
